Minutes of Commission meeting held on October 17, 2006.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron, Rolf Hilbig and Kathleen McGrory. Absent: Steven Anderstrom, Howard Fife and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on October 10, 2006 were read, accepted and will be distributed.
On October 12, 2006:
Gary Powers gave us a receipt of his recorded Order of Conditions from the Hampden County Registry of Deeds for his project at 36 Lake Shore Dr., DEP File #184-0208, issued 10-10-2006.
Procedure Sheet #2006-1099 and Procedure Sheet #2006-1117 were signed and left with the Building Inspector.
We received from the DCR (Department of Conservation and Recreation) a forest cutting plan for Joseph DeLuca of 76 Wales Rd. signed by Richard A. Johnson, Service Forester Director’s Agent on 10-13-2006.
Members signed a vendor voucher paying the Republican for the following Legal Ads: Brandi - $40.50; Kolek - $40.50; Stavola - $38.25; Powers - $38.25.
7:30 p.m. Andy Cormier, Jr. of Escape Estates spoke to us regarding the forthcoming site visit scheduled for 10-21-2006 at 9:00 a.m. with Mr. Harhay of Lot 5, Mashapaug Rd. and with John Briere of 19 Sandy Beach Rd. He also said he wrote a letter to the State Policeman who works nights and lives on the corner of Fenton and Mashapaug Rd. informing him that he would be installing a “catch basin and a New Hampshire Drop Inlet” on Fenton Rd. hopefully before 11-1-2006 along with the cistern on Mashapaug Rd.
8:00 p.m. Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering gave us a Notice of Intent for Edward Kell of 77 Sandy Beach Rd. to repair a septic system. He gave us a check for $67.50 paying the NOI filing fee. His Public Hearing is scheduled for October 31, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
